Currently under development in the heart of uptown Phoenix, The Newton will be a commercial mixed-use community space housed in the iconic Beef Eaters restaurant. The building will honor the neighborhood's roots while serving as a creative and inspired gathering place for today's community.

Named in honor of Beef Eaters founder Jay Newton, The Newton will be sensitively redeveloped to its original structure as an adaptive re-use project, undergoing a thoughtful revival to create a modernized third space to eat, read, meet and play.

Tenants of The Newton include Changing Hands Bookstore, a new restaurant concept by the group behind Beckett's Table named Southern Rail and a shared work space for mobile professionals called The Lively Hood. Learn more about the team behind The Newton:
